The international agreement was published in the Official Gazette

The decision on the approval of the "Digital Economy Partnership Agreement between the Governments of the Member States of the Organization of Turkic States" signed on November 6, 2024, together with the accompanying notes, was published in the Official Gazette with the signature of President Erdoğan.

Accordingly, the agreement aims to strengthen commercial relations between the parties through electronic commerce, promote sustainable, inclusive and stable development of the digital economy among themselves, support the growth of economic activities, facilitate increased connections between businesses and promote consumer confidence in the digital economy.

It was reported that the agreement covers the measures taken or maintained by the parties affecting trade in goods and services by electronic means and cooperation in relevant sections of the digital economy.
